1. Who can buy our house and lot?
Ans: Any Filipino of legal age with stable source of income, whether working abroad or locally. Filipinos who have acquired foreign citizenship can also avail of our house and lot provided they re-acquire Filipino citizenship (dual citizen).
2. How does one re-acquire Filipino citizenship?
Ans: Please go to Philippine Embassy or Consulate Office nearest you and application information.
3. Do you sell residential lots only?
Ans: No, we only sell the residential lot as part of our House and Lot package.
4. What is the price range of your House and Lot Package?
Ans: Our present price range is from Php 1.3M to Php 2.5M
5. What does your package include?
Ans: The package includes the following:
a. Lot (100sq. m. to 150sq. m.)
b. Fully-finished house (bungalow or two-storey)
c. 2 - 4 bedrooms
d. 1 - 3 toilet and bath / bathtub
e. Perimeter wall with front steel gate and fence
f. Open cemented carport
g. Landscaped front lawn
h. 6-month warranty on construction defects
i. 2-year warranty on termite treatment
6. What are your terms of payment?
Ans: We require a 40% down payment, to be fully paid upon house completion. The down payment is interest-free and Manila Petroland Inc. is flexible with regards to the payment terms of the down payment. The remaining balance is payable thru our In-house financing, bank loans, or Pag-ibig / GSIS / SSS housing loans. Cash payments are given discounts.
7. Can you help me get a housing loan from Pag-ibig / GSIS / SSS or banks?
Ans: Yes, we can assist with the loan application provided pertinent document requirements from you are available.
8. Can I have my own house plans or modify your house plans?
Ans: Yes, provided that the floor plans will fit-in to our available lot considering set-back restrictions. Also to consider is the total cost of the package.
9. Do you prepare draft house plans and give free estimate of the package?
Ans: Yes, tell us what you want and we will give you a free draft house plan with estimates.
10. When can I get the title to the property?
Ans: After full payment of the total cost of the package. Other government expenses in the transfer of title must also be paid by the buyer.
11. Can you help me sell the property in case I decide to dispose it later on?
Ans: Yes, we have our own sales people who can readily help you sell the property. Mr. Pete Agluba is a license realtor.
